I recently visited Maura's and had an amazing experience. I ordered the ceviche and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, zesty, and full of authentic flavor. To drink, I had chicha morada, a traditional Peruvian beverage made from purple corn, and it was refreshing and perfectly sweet. The combination made for an unforgettable meal.
